NEHA BACK IN BAHRAINDecember 24
Friday 24th sees the return of Neha Duseja at Cobra Fitness Bahrain, where she will be running another Inversion and Handstand work shop. This time she will be bringing her friend Marian Pavlinko.
Neha is a RYT 600 certified, international yoga teacher, who’s journey began eight years ago as a means to balance work life and a rigorous gym workout. Her love affair with yoga began in the hot room. Neha then began practicing Ashtanga and finally Vinyasa where she found her passion for arm balances, inversions and transitions.
Going beyond the physical, she realized that yoga is mental stretch. Stretching limitations, imaginations and possibilities! Her love for inversions, especially handstands, has seen her train with internationally renowned experts in hand balancing, yoga, calesthenics and movement. The journey of a handstand transformed her life and it is this change that she hopes to bring to the lives of all her students!
Neha is currently based in Dubai and teaches teacher trainings, workshops and retreats around the world.
Marina Pavlenko has a background in a variety of disciplines like calisthenics (which she has been teaching for the past 4 years), capoeira, yoga and movement. When she started to learn handstands and calisthenics, she was about 26 and it wasn’t easy to overcome fear and avoid injuries. It took her long half a year to achieve a balance, but the hardship she faced made her want to create workshops and classes that would suit everyone at any age. Calisthenics and handstand is like a journey of rediscovering yourself and learning incredible strength, and Marina combines different disciplines to show you that you can overcome literally any limitations be it fear or muscle tightness or weakness.
Constantly striving to improve her teaching skills as well as her own physical skills, she has attended numerous anatomy workshops and specialized lectures, to name a few:
Miguel Santana’s handstand immersions, Ido Portal – Locomotion workshop and movement camp 2019, Joe Muscolino’s Anatomy and palpitations, Animal Flow L1, Shoulder injury prevention, End range Mobility certification and has trained with numerous circus handalancers. She is Currently based in Dubai and is coaching workshops and retreats around the world.
